The attributes you must have…
Some previous business experience – this will not suit school leavers.
A great ‘can-do’ attitude and the desire to work hard and get ahead
The ability to get along with people and work in a team
You need to be mature, happy, optimistic, honest, organised, patient, neat and clean
You must be well groomed and presented
You need excellent speech and communication skills
A good customer service and telephone manner
A passion for the beauty industry and a love for working with people and helping them look their best
