JUST SHOP is the customer rewards program that is about connecting Just Jeans customers with the latest fashion, news, offers and rewards. With over 800,000 Members, JUST SHOP is one of the leading Loyalty programs in Australia.
The primary function of this key role, will be to create the overall strategy, drive the program, member marketing initiatives and associated activities. Reporting to the Just Jeans Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for, but not limited to:
Create the Just Shop CRM strategy with a key focus on increasing average sales.
Manage, create and execute the JUST SHOP loyalty program communications, prizes, promotions and marketing calendar
Create and deliver a digital strategy to drive traffic to the website
Clearly define and deliver a communications strategy in order to pull members through categories and introduct new members to the program
Maintain JUST SHOP program brand connection and look
Manage and lead a team of 3 to deliver on the JUST Shop strategy
Develop all marketing consumables for the program including: Membership card, enrolment forms and in-store signage
Manage the JUST SHOP marketing budget in line with the Just Group objectives

This is a 'hands on' role that requires the successful to have experience gained within a similar role, proven commercial ability mixed with strong technical skills in CRM and loyalty programs specifically strategy, analytics and the management of delivery.
You will be analytical but show initiative and demonstrate a creative flair for ideas. Your strong interpersonal skills assist you to build strong relationships, both internal and external, that will enable you to deliver results effectively, accurately and in a timely organised manner. An understanding of Basic HTML, InDesign, Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat, Internet Explorer, Safari, FireFox and Flash is ideal but not essential.
