This is an outstanding opportunity to join a respected ‘blue chip’ Organisation where you will have P + L responsibility for a portfolio of high profile consumer titles and a an E commerce business.
The role is challenging and diverse and will give you autonomy to further grow and develop the business in a proactive fashion by developing and implementing new publishing and digital strategies.
Not only will you be responsible for the strategic direction of this business, you will also be responsible for managing and mentoring a talented and dedicated team of sales professionals.
To be successful in this role we are seeking an individual who can demonstrate the following;
Skills:
Success in managing a publishing sales team across multi media platforms.
Commercially astute with experience in managing a P & L and developing new revenue streams.
Developing and implementing business strategies in order to achieve operational and strategic objectives.
Strong business development, communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
Strategically sound and executionally orientated, with a ‘hands on’ approach.
Sound people management and mentoring skills.
Creative and results driven with a proactive approach.
You will currently be working in a sales management role and will be used to working closely in partnership with major advertisers and agencies.
