I am seeking an experienced Salon Manager for my Bur Dubai salon.
The salon which has been running for two years has an international clientele, it is in an excellent location which attracts walk-in customers and also has good regular customers.
I am looking for a “hands on” manager who ideally can assist with hair treatments, and or manicure/pedicure. However the main role will be to oversee all aspects of the day to day running of the salon. There are currently four staff with room and scope for additional staff (hairdressers (2), manicure pedicure (1-2) and henna (1).
The successful candidate will be able to take the salon to the next level so you will be able to demonstrate a successful history in marketing and growing a salon business and the recruitment of staff.

Skills:
