1- Put in place the schedule of the beauty consultants in coordination with the sales manager
2- Daily follow-up with the beauty consultants in order to make sure that they respect their agreed on arrival and dismisal hours (in the various shops)
3- Carry out on-site trainning for the beauty consultant on product knowledge, sales techniques, and make-up trials for the consumers
4- Monitor and evaluate the performance of the beauty consultants using the management report & mystery shopper report
5- Ensure that all beauty consultants respect company policies and procedures
6- Participate in preparing the career plan for the beauty consultants
7- Participate in organizing mall podiums and other similar events
8- Ensure that all permanant merchandising material are displayed correctly in all outlets
Skills:
2 years of work experience in supervisory position, preferably with international cosmetic brands
Respectable appearance
Good command in English or French
Work experience in the Gulf countries is of added value
Dynamic personality
Capability to work in a stressful environment
