Our client is a leading global retail fashion company representing some of the most popular, developing and diverse brands within fashion and retail. The organization covers wholesale and retail trading across international brands including clothing, shoes and perfume for men, women and children.
They are an expanding and developing company moving into new areas such as home furnishings and into new locations across the Middle East and the USA
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Performance measured by Actual Sales Result against Agreed Sales Target
Training & development of all store staff on selling & trading techniques
Maintain Brand standards as delivered & trained by the Brand Management Team
Store trading hours as agreed for each individual mall
Deliver a morning brief every morning the mall trades as per the required standard
Visit underperforming stores to find out the reason for underperformance & agree an action plan for the store to correct performance as soon as possible
On a weekly basis complete a number of Back to The Floor training days in selected brands, as agreed with the Regional Controller
Track performance in all stores, based on items, conversion & sales, at a salesperson level, & maintain a tracker of performance in the mall
Review merchandising in all stores daily & ensure that right stock is in right place. Where required gain any sign off from Brand Management for any changes
Ensure the Daily Sales book is completed by all store managers & use this to review performance regularly, including overall brand performance
Engage & work with the Regional Sales Manager in any mall to ensure all activity is planned & positively impacts the sales result of the mall
Report Sales to the Regional Controller

Skills:
|
Multi site management & retail sales experience in a Fashion Retail environment is preferred
Fluent and confident in English
Arabic speaking skills would be an advantage
Able to motivate a large team on a daily basis to perform & hit sales target
Lead from the front & will stores how to deliver sales target, including performance
Maintains the agreed standard for mall/ sales operation & is consistent in delivering the agreed activities
Challenging of Brand & Merchandise departments by constructive feedback of any issues in stores that are impacting sales performance
Understanding the basic merchandising techniques across a range of brands & how to present a store to maximise sales results
Driven by achievement, recognition & bonus payment that accrues when target is achieved
